The user may also make a request to oppose the processing of his/her personal data pursuant to art. 21 of the GDPR in which he/she must highlight the reasons justifying the opposition: the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate the request, which may not be accepted where there are obligations or legitimate reasons prevailing over the interests, rights and freedoms of the user and which impose or justify the continuation of the processing.
